Therapeutic Touch Full Body Massage

This massage will address any issue the client happens to be experiencing in the moment (back pain, neck pain, pulled muscle, etc.). All modalities are used as needed: Swedish, Firm Pressure, Trigger Point Pressure Release, & Some Stretching. As much as remains of the session is spent on the rest of the body massage.

If the client is not experiencing any particular problem then the massage will be considered a stress relieving relaxation treatment using different forms of Swedish and Firm Pressure Massage and other modalities. It will cover head & neck, extremities, feet and hands.

This therapeutic touch will induce relaxation, clarity of thinking, improvement in skin tone and blood pressure, reduction of pain and overall circulation.

Crystal Healing Full Body Massage

I offer a massage technique that I call “Crystal Massage”. This is a full body massage where I place crystals under the arms, at the neck, on the chakra sites and along the legs. It is followed by a reflexology treatment. This treatment is perfect if you wish to really help yourself feel better, truly relax, have more energy, increase aura radiance, and keep the negativity of others from affecting you. This massage has both an invigorating and healing aspect to it.

For those not familiar with the energy of crystals. This massage allows a person to feel the energy of crystals up close for maybe the first time. As I perform the Reflexology massage on the feet there is plenty of time for you to feel the unique way a crystal can energize a person and influence thoughts as the you lie comfortably with your eyes closed. The crystal massage is a part of a regular full body massage but we start with the feet and the body face up. When the Reflexology massage has been completed on the feet then the crystals are removed and the massage continues as usual. I add an additional 5 minutes to a regular massage for this treatment.

Restorative Reflexology:

A true Reflexology treatment does not use lotion. It is specifically designed to manipulate and massage reflex areas in the feet. These reflex areas correspond to specific organs and body parts.

However, to ensure a pleasant foot treatment experience, massage lotion is applied after a moist, warm towel to relax the foot and the basics of reflexology are incorporated into a soothing and relaxing foot massage.

Vitalizing Foot Scrub

The feet are gently rubbed for about 10 minutes with a salt/oil mixture that will exfoliate, invigorate and smooth and soothe the foot. Hot, moist towels remove the scrub and the remaining 20 minutes are spent enjoying an invigorating foot treatment using reflexology and massage techniques.
