Therapeutic Touch Full Body Massage
This massage will address any issue you're experiencing in the moment (back pain, neck pain, pulled muscle, etc.). All modalities are used as needed: Swedish, Firm Pressure, Trigger Point Pressure Release, and some stretching. As much as remains of the session is spent on the rest of the body massage.
If you're not experiencing any particular problem, the massage will be a stress-relieving relaxation treatment using different forms of Swedish and Firm Pressure Massage. It'll cover head & neck, extremities, feet and hands.

Restorative Reflexology
A true reflexology treatment is specifically designed to manipulate and massage reflex areas in the feet. These reflex areas correspond to specific organs and body parts.
To ensure a pleasant foot treatment experience, massage lotion is applied after a moist, warm towel to relax the foot. The basics of reflexology are incorporated into a soothing and relaxing foot massage.
